I'm an annual often grown for greenery in bouquets. I quickly grow a spire covered in flat green seed pods. Use me fresh or let me dry for use in winter. Some know me as a common field weed but others see the beauty I contain.
help me grow:
A quick growing annual (50-60 days), direct seed me as soon as the soil is unfrozen. I don't mind frosts. I grow my seed pods all at once so plant often for continuous supply.
enjoy my bounty:
For fresh use, harvest seed pods as soon as they are formed. To use me dried, let me get golden in the field then cut and keep for winter.
