- Dyer's Chamomile
I'm a perennial that also spreads by seed. I'm covered in golden yellow blooms atop willowy but strong stems. All the polinators love me and my blooms are used as a traditional dye for fabrics and yarn. I tolerate drought, poor soil, and frost. My blooms can be used in fresh bouquets or dried for enjoyment year round. Is there anything I can't do? Nope, cause I'm perfect. :)
help me grow:
Start me indoors or direct seed me outside. Let me tiny seeds stay on the surface cause I like light to germinate.
enjoy my bounty:
Harvest me for fresh or dry use as soon as my petals are open. Hang me upside down to dry.
