I have abundant, branching stems covered with blooms of maroon, pink, white, and blue. My petals are edible and add a colorful decoration for anything from salads to cakes. I'm fine with frosts, reseed easily, and bloom all season long. This is what makes me a classic cottage garden or blooming meadow bloom.

I really don't mind frosts so direct seed me anytime after the soil is workable.

For bouquets use, harvest me when my petal are colorful and just peaking out of my bud. Trim spent flowers to keep me blooming all season long.
