I'm a tall, easy-to-grow relative of Lamb's Quarters with dark green edible foliage and earthy red/copper seed pods. I'll spread easily and provide an abundance of foliage for bouquets.
Harvest my young leaves and growing tips before I set seed for the best flavor.
Some places and people also call me Orach.
help me grow:
Direct seed me after the last frost. I can grow 4-5 feet tall so I might need support in windy areas. I spread easily so be prepared for more of a good thing!
