Aka Lacinato Kale, Black Kale, Dinosaur Kale. It has many names but all refer to the same delicious bumpy, dark kale! Milder than most other kales it does wonders in soups casseroles, and any dish that is cooked to take advantage of it's wonderful taste and texture, which gets better with cooking. It can also be sliced thin and added fresh to salads and slaws!
